Clair is an experienced sales and marketing professional, a qualified coach and EQ practitioner. Clair’s approach to coaching and facilitating is empathetic, practical and results oriented. She is highly skilled at building rapport with a diverse range of people to establish trusting relationships whilst being appropriately challenging.

KATE CANNON

Kate is an accredited coach with over 20 years’ commercial experience.  She uses psychometric tools including DISC and Strengthscope® to help individuals develop their self-awareness and confidence. Kate is expert in how to help others set stretching goals, create meaningful action plans and motivate themselves to achieve desired results.

FIONA CLARK

After 10 years’ commercial experience within major companies, Fiona followed her passion for people development and qualified as a coach in 2006. She has extensive experience facilitating workshops and is our ILM lead. Accreditations and specialisms include: EQ; DISC; Strengthscope®; Confidence, Career, Stress Coaching, Team Coaching.

MIRANDA HILL

Miranda has over 20 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry. A qualified coach and experienced facilitator, she is passionate about developing untapped potential through high quality learning opportunities in her areas of expertise: coaching, leadership and management.

LISA BOYD

Lisa is a former solicitor and qualified coach, focusing on improving performance, leadership, career coaching and managing change. She helps people raise awareness of who they are, what they want, and how they behave to enable them to gain insight and make improvements so they can achieve their full potential.
